This week Laura presented a fascinating overview of model/fashion photography to demystify working in that area. It covered lots of tips and tricks and advice from experience about how to work with stakeholders in the industry. Very useful.
We were set the task of preparing a ‘call sheet’ as if we were briefing a model and agency about a ‘test’ shoot.
Here is one of two call sheets our group has prepared…

Concept: Creative shapes in a stretch dress – Wolford fatale dresses in red, blue, black. The stretch dresses are fab – model gets her arms inside body of dress and creates bold graphic shapes by stretching and shaping the contours of the dress with her hands, elbows, shoulders, hips whatever! Accentuating the body and dress shape and contours.
Wardrobe requirements: Dress(es) to be provided. Model to bring nude coloured underwear – not too tight as seam lines can show through.
MUH requirements: Eye shadow and lipstick to match dress colour. Exaggerate eye makeup to be more graphic – see headshot(s) below.
Terms: Test – selected images (tba) edited to portfolio standard supplied via gallery in full resolution and sized for web-use.
Supporting images: the white and pink dress shots are my pics. The others were sourced on-line.
